What sets him apart from other lenders is his “why”. He and his wife Stella own and operate an orphanage called Home of Love Orphanage (HOLO) in Tororo, Uganda East Africa. They have 60 children and 40 widows they care for on a daily basis. For every home loan closed through David, 10% of his commissions go to HOLO. It is David’s goal to help raise up change agents and leaders in their society for their society to help offset the orphanage epidemic in Uganda.
Specializing in investor loans and self-employed clients, David provides a white-glove experience which alleviates the tension in the stressful mortgage process. His desire is to make it as seamless as possible for all parties involved in the mortgage process from the client to the realtors on both sides of the transaction and even the attorneys used for the closing.
If you’re looking for a lender who can provide a smooth process and who delivers on what he says he will do, you’ve found the right guy.

Mark-Skeen
Loan Officer
Since 2017, I’ve proudly served as a dedicated loan officer in the Palmetto State of South Carolina, helping first-time home buyers, real estate investors, and families achieve their dream of homeownership. Whether you’re purchasing your first home, upgrading for your growing family, or investing for your future, my goal is to provide stress-free solutions.
I serve clients across the state providing personalized mortgage solutions and expert guidance every step of the way.
One of the most meaningful moments in my career came early on, when I helped an older Air Force veteran-who thought he’d never own a home-close on his first property. Seeing his family celebrate and witnessing the emotional impact of that moment solidified my commitment to this profession. That experience showed me the generational impact of homeownership, and I’ve been all-in ever since.
As a loan officer, I focus on clear communication, efficient processes, and trusted support. I take pride in answering questions with clarity and helping clients feel confident and informed throughout the mortgage journey.
With a background that includes entrepreneurship, credit rebuilding, and running a successful contracting business, I bring a unique perspective to the table. I understand the challenges and opportunities that come with buying a home at every stage of life-from starting out to planning for retirement.
When I’m not helping clients secure the right mortgage, I enjoy spending time with my sons, making music with friends, and relaxing on the water.
